Warehouse Operations Associate

About the role

Warehouse Operations is responsible for materials handling and product distribution in a distribution or manufacturing environment. The role includes warehousing and fulfillment of materials and products, transportation, inventory management, and demand, supply and manufacturing planning.

Key responsibilities

• Receive, store, and ship products, performing tasks such as picking, packing, staging, and loading.
• Maintain accurate inventory records and support inventory management processes.
• Coordinate transportation and delivery of products to internal and external customers.
• Follow standard operating procedures and quality guidelines to ensure safe and efficient product flow.
• Support demand, supply, and manufacturing planning activities as needed.

Required profile

• 0‑1 years of experience preferred; high school diploma, GED, or equivalent work experience.
• Applies basic skills and techniques to complete routine tasks within the assigned area.
• Maintains appropriate licenses, training, and certifications.
• Works under close supervision and follows clearly defined standard operating procedures.
