Warehouse Manager – Large‑Scale Operations

About the role

Hayco is looking for a results‑driven Warehouse Manager to lead large‑scale warehouse and distribution operations in its high‑volume manufacturing facility in the Dominican Republic. The role focuses on operational excellence, continuous improvement and supporting uninterrupted production.

Key responsibilities

• Lead day‑to‑day warehouse and distribution activities with a hands‑on approach.
• Drive process improvements using Lean and Six Sigma methodologies.
• Improve inventory accuracy, cycle‑count performance and overall efficiency.
• Establish, monitor and enhance key warehouse KPIs.
• Manage budgets, CAPEX/OPEX projects and cost‑optimization initiatives.
• Promote a Safety‑First culture and ensure compliance with operational standards.
• Develop, coach and motivate the warehouse team to achieve high performance.

Required profile

• Proven experience managing large‑scale warehouse operations, preferably in a high‑volume manufacturing environment.
• Strong knowledge of WMS, ERP, inventory control and distribution processes.
• Demonstrated success improving cycle‑count accuracy, 7S performance and reducing warehouse costs.
• Advanced Excel and data‑analysis capabilities.
• Effective decision‑making in fast‑paced settings and collaborative leadership style.
