VP Associate – Capital Markets
Kiwi · Saint Domingue
Job description
About the role
KiwiKiwi, a Series B fintech focused on consumer lending for the US Hispanic market, is seeking a seasoned capital‑markets professional to partner directly with the CEO and finance team. The role will drive borrowing‑base management, lender relationships, and financial modelling to support the company’s rapid growth.
Key responsibilities
- Own end‑to‑end borrowing‑base processes, including weekly/monthly certificates, eligibility testing, covenant compliance, and lender reporting for warehouse and subordinated facilities.
- Source, cultivate, and manage relationships with credit funds, banks, forward‑flow buyers, and warehouse providers; prepare data rooms and negotiate term sheets.
- Build and maintain core financial models: loan‑level cash‑flow, vintage, facility‑level advance‑rate, corporate three‑statement, and scenario analyses.
- Prepare Board and investor materials, including presentations, lender updates, and fundraising analyses.
- Support negotiation of credit agreements and amendments, working with management and external counsel.
- Collaborate with data, credit, and finance teams to translate portfolio performance into strategic decisions.
Required profile
- 5–15 years of experience in investment banking, private credit, private equity, or capital markets, preferably with structured finance, specialty finance, or consumer‑lending exposure.
- Hands‑on experience preparing borrowing bases, detailed lender‑facing reporting, and financial projections.
- Strong written and visual communication skills; ability to turn complex models into Board‑ready narratives.
- Bilingual English/Spanish.
- Self‑starter who thrives in a lean, high‑ownership environment.
Required skills
- Advanced Excel financial‑modeling.
- SQL for data extraction and automated reporting.
- Financial modeling of loan‑level cash flows and scenario analysis.
What we offer
- Opportunity to shape capital‑markets strategy at a fast‑growing fintech.
- Collaborative work with senior leadership and cross‑functional teams.
- Flexibility to work remotely from anywhere in Latin America with periodic travel to Santo Domingo and the US.
