About the role

We are seeking a Vice President to lead the strategy, monitoring and intelligence of our Security Operations Center (SOC). The role ensures the organization can anticipate, detect, respond to and recover from cyber threats while maintaining regulatory compliance and continuous resilience.

Key responsibilities

• Define, implement and continuously improve SOC alerting, monitoring and threat‑intelligence processes.
• Design, configure and optimise use‑cases in the SIEM platform, setting appropriate thresholds for suspicious activity.
• Supervise collection, validation and analysis of security logs to generate timely alerts.
• Coordinate incident reporting to the Cybersecurity Incident Reporting System (SPRICS) in line with regulatory requirements.
• Lead open‑source intelligence (OSINT) activities, including deep‑web and dark‑web monitoring, to anticipate emerging threats.
• Analyse indicators of compromise such as malicious IPs, domains and files, and drive early mitigation actions.
• Collaborate with fraud‑prevention teams to share intelligence and support investigations.
• Provide regular reporting on security incidents, trends and attack campaigns to senior management.

Required profile

• Proven senior leadership experience in SOC management or cyber‑security operations.
• Strong understanding of regulatory requirements and cyber‑resilience frameworks.
• Excellent analytical skills with the ability to translate complex threat data into actionable recommendations.
• Effective communication and coordination skills across technical and business units.
