About the role

We are seeking a Vice President of Operations Execution to lead the bank’s operational activities. The role ensures agile, secure processes aligned with regulations, delivering excellent service to customers and supporting strategic objectives.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee the execution and settlement of financial operations, guaranteeing quality, timeliness and continuity.
• Drive improvement and automation initiatives to increase efficiency and reduce operational risk.
• Lead strategic projects within the operations area and ensure successful implementation.
• Strengthen processes, policies and internal controls to maintain regulatory compliance.
• Monitor audits, regulatory requirements and continuous‑improvement opportunities.
• Develop and mentor the teams under your responsibility, fostering a culture of excellence.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Business Administration or related field.
• Master’s degree in Business Administration or a related discipline.
• More than five years of experience in financial institutions, commercial or service organizations.
• Strong knowledge of banking operations, financial legislation, quality management and operational control.
