About the role

The Wholesale Sales Representative will manage and grow an assigned portfolio of wholesale customers within the mass‑consumption sector. The role focuses on identifying new business opportunities, negotiating commercial agreements, and ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.

Key responsibilities

• Manage and develop the assigned wholesale client portfolio.
• Identify and capture new market opportunities.
• Negotiate commercial agreements and ensure successful execution of sales strategies.
• Maintain excellent relationships with clients, guaranteeing high service and satisfaction levels.
• Monitor market behavior, competition, and sector trends.
• Ensure compliance with commercial indicators and sales targets.
• Track inventory, orders, product rotation, and growth opportunities.
• Implement promotions, product launches, and commercial activities defined by the company.
• Prepare management reports and result analyses.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing or related fields.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in wholesale sales, preferably in mass‑consumption companies.
• Knowledge of the market, distribution channels, and client development.
• Strong negotiation and relationship‑building abilities.
• Result‑oriented and customer‑focused mindset.
• Own vehicle (if required for the position) and willingness to travel within the assigned area.
