Validation Technician III

About the role

Jabil's Validation Technician performs validation activities so that manufacturing processes, equipment and products meet quality and regulatory standards. The role supports the production of high-quality medical devices and other regulated products.

Key responsibilities

• Execute validation protocols (IQ, OQ, PQ) for equipment, processes, software and cleaning procedures in line with company policy and regulations such as FDA and ISO 13485.
• Perform testing, collect and analyse data, and document all validation activities, including deviations, corrective actions and final reports.
• Support the development and review of validation protocols and reports.
• Maintain validation equipment and instrumentation, and troubleshoot issues during validation runs, escalating complex problems to engineering or management.
• Assist in investigating non-conformances and deviations, and keep validation records accurate and organised.
• Collaborate with engineering, quality and production teams and follow safety guidelines.

Required profile

• Term-student or graduate in a scientific, engineering or technical field, or equivalent experience.
• 1-3 years of experience in a regulated manufacturing environment (medical device, pharmaceutical), with validation experience preferred.
• Familiarity with GMP and standards such as FDA 21 CFR Part 820 and ISO 13485.
• Ability to read technical documents, blueprints and schematics, and to work independently and in a team.

Required skills

• Proficiency with standard laboratory equipment and measurement tools.
• Basic computer skills, including Microsoft Office Suite.
• Strong attention to detail and good written and verbal communication.
