About the role
We are looking for a Utility (Plomero) to maintain the physical infrastructure of a park. The position involves inspecting, repairing and ensuring the proper condition of structures, roofs, lighting, flooring, paintwork and plumbing systems.
Key responsibilities
- Inspect roofs, verify the condition of sheets and apply sealants as needed.
- Check lighting fixtures and replace them when required.
- Assess interior and exterior paint for water stains or leaks and perform repairs or repainting.
- Identify structural cracks in buildings and report them to the supervisor.
- Examine floor conditions (baseboards, tiles, reinforced concrete) and carry out necessary repairs.
- Probe and test toilet, sink, kitchen and drainage pipes.
- Verify that faucets, mixers and toilets function correctly and replace units when needed.
- Ensure bathrooms have no water leaks or unpleasant odors.
Required profile
- Minimum 1 year of experience in similar maintenance or plumbing positions.
- Proven experience in plumbing work.
- Knowledge of painting techniques is preferred.
