Training Coordinator

About the role

We are looking for a Training Coordinator to lead and coordinate learning initiatives for both operational and administrative teams. The role focuses on turning training needs into effective development solutions that generate measurable impact.

Key responsibilities

• Design, implement, and oversee training programs for large, diverse teams.
• Translate identified training needs into concrete learning solutions.
• Coordinate training activities in industrial environments.
• Manage relationships with external training providers and negotiate contracts.
• Monitor and analyze training indicators to assess program effectiveness.

Required profile

• Minimum 5 years of experience in Training, Development, Human Resources, or Talent Management.
• Proven experience coordinating programs for numerous and varied employee profiles.
• Experience working in industrial settings.
• Conversational English.
• Strong organizational vision, result‑orientation, and ability to interact across all organizational levels.
