Territory Representative – Caribbean

About the role

The Territory Representative will develop and execute sales strategies to grow Price Industries' presence across the Caribbean market. Working closely with engineering, manufacturing, and product teams, you will ensure customers receive top‑quality air distribution products and service.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and implement growth strategies for the Caribbean region.
• Support existing Price representatives and identify new potential clients.
• Present partnership opportunities to OEMs and local manufacturers.
• Engage engineering consulting firms to specify Price products.
• Identify key contractors and develop approaches to penetrate commodity and engineered product markets.
• Create a three‑year city‑focus plan for substantial growth.
• Assist with logistics and import procedures.

Required profile

• 5+ years of outside sales experience in the HVAC industry.
• Advanced written and spoken English and Spanish.
• Degree in Mechanical or Industrial Engineering (preferred).
• Experience with sheet‑metal and air‑distribution equipment is an asset.
• Strong PC skills, especially Microsoft Office.
• Excellent planning, project‑management, interpersonal and communication abilities.
• High ethical standards, organized, detail‑oriented and a self‑starter.
• Creative, out‑of‑the‑box thinker with a strong sense of urgency.
• Willingness to travel up to 40% of the time, both nationally and internationally.
• Able to translate technical jargon for non‑technical audiences.
