About the role

We are expanding and looking for a motivated and proactive Maintenance Technician (Technical I) to join our team. You will assist in the upkeep, repair, and installation of various equipment and systems, turning challenges into opportunities while ensuring safety and quality.

Key responsibilities

• Perform routine maintenance checks on equipment and systems.
• Diagnose and troubleshoot technical problems.
• Carry out basic repairs and adjustments on machinery.
• Order and manage inventory of parts and supplies.
• Follow all safety protocols and standards at all times.
• Assist in the installation of new equipment.
• Document and report any malfunctions or issues.
• Conduct tests and inspections to verify proper operation.
• Provide support to other technicians as needed.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area.
• Respond to emergency calls and provide immediate assistance.
• Keep accurate records of all work performed.
• Continuously update knowledge through training and workshops.
• Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors.

Required profile

• Formal training or considerable work experience in technical trades.
• 2 to 3 years of relevant work experience.
• Ability to work within established procedures with moderate supervision.
• Accountability, problem‑solving mindset, and teamwork orientation.
• Willingness to develop personally and professionally.

Required skills

• Use of manual and electric tools to complete tasks.
• Basic repair and adjustment techniques for machinery.
• Equipment inspection and testing procedures.
