About the role

Manpower is seeking an Industrial Refrigeration Service Technician to perform preventive maintenance, repairs, installations and troubleshooting of mechanical HVAC systems for industrial clients. The role involves direct on‑site interaction with customers to ensure high satisfaction and accurate project documentation.

Key responsibilities

• Carry out preventive and corrective maintenance on industrial mechanical HVAC systems.
• Install peripheral equipment and prepare work sites according to company standards.
• Diagnose and resolve mechanical HVAC system issues efficiently.
• Complete project and service documentation with precision.
• Provide on‑site customer support, ensuring service quality and client satisfaction.

Required profile

• Vocational program or associate degree in mechanical systems, air‑conditioning or a related field.
• At least three years of experience in the industry (or five years in HVAC mechanical services).
• Certified Refrigeration Technician or HVAC certification.
• Strong interpersonal skills to represent the company professionally.
• Ability to explain technical information to both technical and non‑technical audiences.
