About the role

The Physical Plant Technician is responsible for ensuring that all building installations operate safely and efficiently. This includes performing both preventive and corrective maintenance on climate control systems, electrical networks, generators, basic plumbing, painting, and general repairs.

Key responsibilities

• Carry out preventive and corrective maintenance on HVAC, electrical, and generator systems.
• Perform basic plumbing tasks, painting, and other general repairs.
• Ensure that work environments remain safe, functional, and in excellent condition.
• Use manual tools, power tools, and measurement equipment to diagnose and fix issues.
• Travel to different locations as needed to address incidents or scheduled maintenance.

Required profile

• Technical high school diploma or general high school with technical studies in Electricity, Refrigeration, Electromechanics, Maintenance or related fields.
• Certified technical courses (e.g., INFOTEP or similar institutions).
• 1–2 years of experience in building or corporate facility maintenance.
• Valid driver’s license and own vehicle (motorbike or car).
• Willingness to travel to various sites for maintenance tasks.
