Técnico de Mantenimiento (SDQ)

About the role

The Maintenance Technician will be responsible for ensuring that all electrical, air‑conditioning, plumbing, furniture and building‑envelope systems at our SDQ site remain safe, functional and well‑maintained. The role involves daily inspections, preventive maintenance and prompt repairs to keep the workplace operating smoothly.

Key responsibilities

• Perform routine and corrective maintenance on electrical systems, including power supply, backup generators and wiring.
• Service, troubleshoot and maintain air‑conditioning units, monitoring energy consumption and scheduling preventive work.
• Carry out minor plumbing tasks such as fixing leaks, unclogging drains and repairing fixtures.
• Repair, assemble and relocate office furniture and ensure proper condition of carpeted floors.
• Prepare and apply wall finishes, including plastering, painting and minor wall repairs.
• Conduct daily checks of all systems, document findings and report to the site manager.

Required profile

• Hands‑on experience with building maintenance, preferably in a commercial environment.
• Ability to work independently, follow safety procedures and prioritize tasks.
• Good organizational skills to track maintenance schedules and inventory.
