Technical Consultant

About the role

As a Technical Consultant you will lead the installation and process design of Origami’s SaaS platform, ensuring the solution fits client needs across insurance, risk, and compliance domains. You will configure the system, manage data migration, create reports and dashboards, and train end‑users.

Key responsibilities

• Configure the Origami platform to meet client requirements, including data conversion, mapping, and cleanup.
• Test configurations and workflows against migrated data to ensure accuracy.
• Deploy standard and custom data conversions using Origami Admin UI.
• Design and build reports and dashboards that turn data into actionable insights.
• Translate solution blueprints and high‑level designs into detailed implementation plans.
• Prepare training materials and conduct user training sessions.
• Coach project team members, monitor productivity and quality, and flag scope‑creep to the Project Manager.

Required profile

• Minimum 2 years experience as a technical consultant or in client implementation support.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering or a related field.
• Fluent English communication skills.
• Experience in the insurance or risk industry is a plus.
