Talent Acquisition Specialist

About the role

We are looking for a Talent Acquisition Specialist to lead end‑to‑end recruitment for the new Four Seasons Resort and Residences Dominican Republic at Tropicalia. The role will support the pre‑opening hiring plan and ongoing staffing needs across all resort functions.

Key responsibilities

• Manage full‑cycle recruitment for assigned positions, from requisition to offer.
• Source and attract high‑quality candidates using Workday, LinkedIn and other sourcing platforms.
• Screen, interview and assess candidates, ensuring a positive candidate experience.
• Partner with hiring managers to understand workforce needs and hiring priorities.
• Coordinate recruitment events, job fairs and community outreach initiatives.
• Maintain talent pipelines for current and future hiring needs.
• Track recruitment metrics and provide regular hiring updates.
• Support pre‑opening recruitment projects and employer branding initiatives.
• Open requisitions in Workday, post opportunities online and generate hiring timeline reports.
• Coordinate immigration and work‑authorization processes for international candidates.

Required profile

• Proven ability to lead end‑to‑end recruitment processes.
• Strong partnership skills with hiring managers and cross‑functional teams.
• Experience managing recruitment metrics and reporting.
• Familiarity with immigration and work‑authorization procedures.
