Supervisor/a de Control Interno de Inventarios

About the role

We are looking for a Supervisor of Internal Inventory Control to lead the planning, execution, and analysis of our inventory processes. The ideal candidate is analytical, results‑oriented, and committed to ensuring data reliability and compliance with internal controls.

Key responsibilities

• Plan and coordinate physical, cyclic and spot inventories.
• Supervise the correct execution of inventory control procedures.
• Analyze inventory variances, manage reconciliations and ensure proper accounting of adjustments.
• Prepare reports highlighting findings, deviations and recommendations for decision‑makers.
• Ensure adherence to policies, procedures and internal controls related to inventory management.
• Guarantee the integrity, accuracy and traceability of inventory data in the systems.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, Logistics or a related field.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in inventory control and administration, preferably in automotive, distribution or import companies.
• Proven experience planning and supervising physical and cyclic inventories.
• Experience analyzing and reconciling inventory differences.
• Knowledge of internal control processes applied to inventory.
• Experience with SAP or other ERP systems related to inventory.
• Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Excel.

Required skills

• SAP (or comparable ERP) inventory module.
• Microsoft Excel (intermediate level).
