Supervisor - Website Design

About the role

Thryv is seeking a Supervisor for its Website Design team. The role leads the consistent delivery of high‑quality, client‑ready website solutions while ensuring SEO best practices, responsive design standards, and excellent customer service.

Key responsibilities

• Provide leadership and direction to the website design team, aligning output with SEO, responsiveness, and client expectations.
• Balance team workload across scheduled production tasks and real‑time client interactions, ensuring proper staffing and prioritization.
• Review team output for quality, technical accuracy, and professionalism; coach and manage performance.
• Oversee troubleshooting and resolution of website issues in ticket‑based workflows and live client sessions, escalating when necessary.
• Monitor performance metrics (efficiency, call handling, resolution rates, client satisfaction) and drive continuous improvement.
• Lead onboarding, training, and ongoing coaching to maintain proficiency in tools, systems, and live service techniques.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
• 5+ years of relevant experience in website design and team leadership.
• Strong understanding of web technologies, design best practices, and SEO.
• Proven leadership skills with ability to motivate, provide feedback, and conduct quality reviews.
• Knowledge of call‑center operations, queue management, SLA adherence, and workload balancing.
