About the role
We are looking for a proactive Restaurant Supervisor to lead the daily operations of an assigned department. The role focuses on delivering high‑quality service, maintaining cleanliness and food safety standards, and ensuring an excellent customer experience.
Key responsibilities
- Lead the daily operation of the assigned restaurant department.
- Supervise quality, service, cleanliness, and food safety compliance.
- Develop, train, and coach staff to improve performance.
- Administer operational indicators, control costs, monitor productivity, and manage inventories.
- Guarantee an excellent customer experience through strong leadership and prompt incident resolution.
Required profile
- Minimum of 2 years of experience leading teams.
- Bachelor’s degree in Administration, Industrial Engineering, Psychology, Human Resources or a related field.
- Strong customer service orientation.
- Knowledge of food safety regulations.
- Proven leadership and people‑development abilities.
