Supervisor de Operaciones de Manufactura

About the role

We are looking for an Operations Supervisor with experience in manufacturing and food production. The role is responsible for ensuring smooth daily plant operations, maintaining quality and food‑safety standards, and driving continuous improvement.

Key responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate daily production activities on the plant floor.
• Guarantee compliance with quality, food‑safety (BPM, HACCP) and industrial safety standards.
• Monitor performance indicators such as production output, waste, efficiency and cycle times.
• Lead, train and evaluate operational staff, fostering teamwork.
• Collaborate with maintenance, quality and logistics departments.
• Identify and implement continuous‑improvement opportunities in processes and productivity.
• Prepare operational reports and support internal and external audits.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree or Engineering in Industrial, Food, Production or a related field.
• 2–3 years of experience as an Operations Supervisor in a food or manufacturing plant.
• Familiarity with BPM, HACCP and food‑safety quality standards (preferred).
• Experience managing operational KPIs and process control.
• Ability to work under pressure and, if required, on rotating shifts.
