Supervisor de Materiales

About the role

The Materials Supervisor ensures that all packaging materials are available to keep the manufacturing process running smoothly. This position focuses on managing the returnability of secondary packaging and supporting production continuity.

Key responsibilities

• Guarantee material availability to sustain manufacturing continuity.
• Register and validate internal and external customer material returns in the secondary packaging returnability system.
• Monitor returnability of packaging to meet production plans and indicator targets.
• Ensure returnable packaging material is available by validating quantity and quality through the selection process.
• Participate in physical inventory counts at plant and customer sites to confirm production coverage.
• Execute secondary packaging reconciliations with internal and external customers to maintain material integrity.

Required profile

• Technical University degree in Industrial Engineering or Processes.
• Experience in logistics and material planning.
• Minimum 3 years of production planning experience, preferably in a manufacturing environment.
