About the role
The company is looking for a reliable Cleaning Supervisor to lead its housekeeping team in Santo Domingo. The role involves overseeing daily cleaning operations, ensuring high standards of hygiene, and managing shift schedules.
Key responsibilities
- Supervise cleaning staff during two shift options: 2:00 pm‑10:00 pm or 10:00 pm‑6:00 am.
- Coordinate daily cleaning tasks and verify that all areas meet quality standards.
- Maintain inventory of cleaning supplies and equipment.
- Report any issues or incidents to management promptly.
Required profile
- Previous experience in a cleaning supervisory or similar role.
- High school diploma (Bachiller) or equivalent.
- Residence in Santo Domingo with easy access to the Distrito Nacional.
