About the role
The Cleaning Supervisor is responsible for overseeing the daily cleaning operations, ensuring high standards of hygiene across assigned areas, and leading a team of janitorial staff.
Key responsibilities
- Assign daily tasks to janitorial staff.
- Monitor attendance and punctuality of the team.
- Verify that all areas are cleaned to the required standards.
- Order cleaning supplies and materials in a timely manner.
- Report any damages or equipment failures.
- Train staff on safety and cleaning procedures.
Required profile
- Resident of Santo Domingo with easy access to Av. 27 de Febrero.
- Available to work the 2:00 pm – 10:00 pm shift.
