About the role

Grupo Joseda is looking for a hands‑on Installation Supervisor to turn design plans into reality on construction sites in Punta Cana. You will oversee the installation of kitchens, closets, doors and complete interior spaces, ensuring every detail meets the required specifications.

Key responsibilities

• Supervise on‑site installation of kitchens, closets, doors and integrated interior spaces.
• Validate measurements and technical feasibility of design drawings.
• Coordinate installers and other site personnel to maintain schedule and quality.
• Monitor compliance with safety standards and project quality requirements.
• Report progress and any issues to project management.

Required profile

• Technical or professional background in Architecture, Interior Design or a related field.
• Proven experience supervising installations or construction/interior projects.
• Basic to intermediate English proficiency.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Microsoft Office (mandatory).
• Experience using AutoCAD (desired).
• Familiarity with Odoo ERP (desired).
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings.
