Supervisor de control de inventario

About the role

We are looking for an Inventory Control Supervisor to lead and ensure accurate execution of physical inventory processes, stock handling and warehouse organization. The role combines hands‑on floor work with administrative duties, overseeing inventory accuracy and resolving discrepancies.

Key responsibilities

• Lead physical inventory counts and verify unit accuracy.
• Monitor stock levels, identify and address shortages, damages or other inventory incidents.
• Organize and maintain warehouse layout to support efficient picking and storage.
• Coordinate a team of warehouse staff, providing guidance and performance feedback.
• Generate and analyze inventory reports, ensuring timely follow‑up on variances.
• Utilize inventory management software and Excel for data entry and reporting.

Required profile

• Final‑year student or graduate in Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, Logistics or a related field.
• 1–2 years of experience in inventory, warehousing, logistics or distribution.
• Proven leadership experience managing personnel.
• Experience in mass‑consumer environments such as supermarkets or distribution centers, preferably with companies like Grupo Ramos, CCN, OLE or similar.

Required skills

• Proficiency with inventory management systems.
• Advanced Microsoft Excel skills.
• Familiarity with Microsoft Office suite.
