About the role

The Deputy Manager of Web Development will ensure the effective operation of Banco Popular’s online platforms, including Internet Banking and the Popular website, by translating business needs into functional web solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain and update the Popular online site and subsidiary web portals, ensuring optimal performance and user experience.
• Develop interactive processes, animations, advertising spaces, landing pages, and digital experiments for the Digital Sales Squad.
• Propose design improvements and guarantee brand consistency across all digital properties.
• Analyze incoming requirements, define technical designs, and implement solutions using web technologies.
• Create and publish institutional news, product information, and promotions through programmed content.
• Lead a team of developers: define roles, set objectives, identify training needs, enforce policies, and foster a collaborative work environment.
