Store Commercial Manager – Santo Domingo

About the role

The Store Commercial Manager will lead the commercial operations of our Santo Domingo location, ensuring sales targets are met while delivering excellent customer service. This role involves managing quotes, contracts, orders, collections, and identifying new business opportunities within the region.

Key responsibilities

• Handle client calls and visits to provide information, quotations, and process orders to achieve monthly sales goals.
• Follow up on open quotations, close contracts, and maintain a robust sales pipeline.
• Conduct periodic visits to key customers, present product offerings, and keep the client portfolio up‑to‑date.
• Monitor payment schedules for credit customers to ensure timely collection.
• Supervise sales staff, identify market opportunities, and authorize special discounts or price adjustments.
• Train new team members and review weekly acquisition plans with the Commercial Advisor.
• Perform additional tasks that support the department and company objectives.

Required profile

• Degree in Architecture, Engineering, Business, or Interior Design.
• At least 4 years of experience in consultative or project sales.
• Minimum 2 years supervising sales teams.
• Strong knowledge of the Santo Domingo market, preferably in construction, materials, hardware, or B2B sales.
• Own vehicle and a valid category‑2 driver’s license (preferred).
• Willingness to travel to Santiago when required.
• Basic English proficiency.

What we offer

• Salary ranging from RD$50,000 to RD$55,000 per month plus commissions (average total ~RD$60,000).
