About the role

As a Food & Beverage Steward you will ensure the smooth daily operation of food preparation and service. This hands‑on role requires a keen eye for detail, maintaining cleanliness and organization in the kitchen while supporting the team to deliver memorable dining experiences for guests.

Key responsibilities

• Follow best practices for handling, storing, and preparing food.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen, service areas, and equipment.
• Assist in setting up and arranging dining rooms, buffets, and banquet areas.
• Support the food & beverage team to ensure a flawless guest experience.
• Comply with hygiene and food safety guidelines.
• Collaborate closely with kitchen staff and respond to their requests.
• Help with dishwashing and keep the dishwashing area clean and organized.
• Perform inventory checks and restocking tasks as needed.
• Complete any additional tasks or responsibilities assigned.

Required profile

• Entry‑level position with 0‑1 year of relevant experience or limited prior training.
• Basic ability to perform routine tasks with close supervision.
• Strong interpersonal skills and a collaborative mindset.
• Accountability, problem‑solving attitude, and willingness to learn.
• Passion for delivering excellent guest service.
