About the role

We are seeking fluent Spanish‑speaking professionals to join our fully remote outbound calling team, handling calls to prospective customers across the Americas.

Key responsibilities

Make outbound calls using provided leads
Communicate professionally with prospective customers
Generate qualified opportunities and follow up with prospects
Explain services and answer customer questions
Support successful sign‑ups, contracts, and conversions
Maintain accurate call and activity records

Required profile

Based in Colombia, Costa Rica, or the Dominican Republic
Native or fluent Spanish speaker
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Outbound calling, telemarketing, customer service, or similar experience preferred
Reliable internet and a quiet professional workspace
Self‑motivated and comfortable working remotely
