About the role

We are looking for a proactive Technical Support professional to join our team in Punta Cana. You will help users get the most out of their tools, resolve technical issues, and ensure that our IT infrastructure runs smoothly.

Key responsibilities

• Provide training and assistance to users on relevant software and tools.
• Diagnose and resolve user‑related problems and process disruptions.
• Support the installation of new systems and equipment under the supervision of the manager.
• Maintain the proper operation of printers and other network‑connected devices.
• Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on hardware and information systems.
• Update and manage equipment inventory records.
• Ensure that user workstations and communication equipment operate reliably to support business operations.

Required profile

• Graduate in Systems Engineering or a related field.
• At least 3 years of experience in technical support or a similar role.
• Basic proficiency in English.
• Valid driver’s license and ability to operate a vehicle.
• Reside in or be willing to commute to Punta Cana for onsite work.
