Solventista - Turno C

About the role

Baxter is looking for a Solventista to work on Shift C in a manufacturing environment. The role ensures that solvents are supplied correctly to manual lines and machines, maintaining safety and compliance with environmental and EHS regulations.

Key responsibilities

• Supply solvents to all positions on the manual line and/or machines while preventing floor spills.
• Replace sponges according to the frequency defined in SOPs.
• Verify that utensils or fixtures match specifications and procedures.
• Identify bases with correct labels and ensure proper disposition.
• Document part numbers and solvent lot numbers in the log book as required by SOPs.
• Keep the mixing area clean and organized.
• Dispose of any solvent waste in accordance with environmental requirements.
• Review the manufacturing process to confirm the correct solvents are being used.
• Follow company rules, Good Documentation Practices, and EHS regulations at all times.
• Use personal protective equipment consistently.

Required profile

• High school diploma (Bachiller).
• Basic ability to read and interpret blueprints and Bills of Materials (BOM).
• Fundamental knowledge of solvent waste handling.
