About the role

Join Tether's P2P Search team to build a next‑generation, resilient stack for decentralized search. You will work on a truly peer‑to‑peer architecture that eliminates centralized indexes, enabling search without servers and supporting global digital finance applications.

Key responsibilities

• Design and implement core components of a decentralized search platform.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to integrate peer‑to‑peer networking and blockchain technologies.
• Ensure high availability, scalability, and security of the search stack.
• Write clean, maintainable code and contribute to code reviews.
• Participate in performance testing and optimisation of distributed systems.
