Social Media Manager

About the role

One Park Financial (OPF), a fintech company serving small businesses, is expanding its creative and performance marketing capabilities in Santo Domingo. It is looking for a Social Media Manager who owns the social presence end-to-end, from strategy to execution, and works closely with the Creative Strategy, Content, Design and Media Buying teams.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and run a social media strategy across Meta, TikTok, YouTube, LinkedIn and emerging platforms, including monthly content calendars
• Coordinate with content creators, creative strategists and designers; write captions, CTAs and on-screen text
• Manage asset organization, posting, scheduling and cross-platform distribution while keeping brand voice and design consistent
• Monitor accounts, reply to comments and DMs, track sentiment and FAQs, and escalate customer issues
• Analyze metrics such as reach, engagement, CTR, retention and follower growth, and report weekly and monthly insights to the Marketing team
• Support campaign launches, work with media buyers on organic and paid creative, and partner with UGC creators

Required profile

• 3-5 years of experience managing social media channels for a brand, agency or performance marketing environment
• Strong understanding of Meta, TikTok, YouTube, LinkedIn and emerging platforms
• Experience with content calendars and platform-specific strategies
• Strong writing skills; English and Spanish preferred
• Ability to analyze metrics, present insights and handle several projects at once in a fast-paced setting

Required skills

• Social media scheduling and analytics tools (Meta Suite, TikTok Analytics, Hootsuite, Sprout, Buffer)
• Preferred: familiarity with creative frameworks, UGC creators, video formats and basic knowledge of AI creative tools (Runway, Pika, Google Veo)
