SMB Account Manager – TikTok

About the role

Join Aleph’s fast‑growing digital advertising team as an SMB Account Manager focused on TikTok. You will be responsible for driving revenue growth, expanding client investments and delivering measurable results across Aleph’s advertising platforms.

Key responsibilities

• Meet and exceed sales targets by identifying new business opportunities within your portfolio.
• Adopt a consultative, solutions‑oriented approach to help clients achieve their marketing objectives using TikTok and other Aleph platforms.
• Lead ideation sessions, craft actionable campaign concepts and present them to advertisers.
• Organise and host webinars that showcase platform updates and address common client challenges.
• Execute campaign optimisation, analyse performance with internal dashboards and collaborate with Ad Operations on complex issues.
• Maintain strong client relationships, upsell new ideas and manage contract renewals.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree (or 4 years relevant experience).
• 2+ years of experience in the digital or media industry.
• Fluent in English and Spanish; Portuguese is a plus.
• Proven track record of meeting or beating revenue targets.
• Strong quantitative mindset with the ability to spot trends in data.
• Excellent communication, presentation and detail‑orientation.
