Site Admin Engineer

About the role

We are seeking a hands‑on Site Admin Engineer to support the on‑ground team delivering a high‑end luxury accommodation project in Cabarete, Dominican Republic. The role involves daily reporting, documentation management and acting as a liaison between site engineers and senior management.

Key responsibilities

• Collect and enter daily report data (weather, personnel, equipment, work completed, materials, inspections, safety issues) into the project software.
• Organise and maintain technical documentation, project plans, RFIs, CVIs, non‑conformance and HSE notices.
• Ensure compliance with local building codes, safety standards and company procedures.
• Support the Site Engineer by attending high‑level meetings and stepping in when required.
• Track variations, changes and corrective actions to improve operational efficiency.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or Architecture.
• 3‑5 years of experience in construction site roles such as Inspector, Project Engineer, Field Engineer or Site Supervisor.
• Completed at least two full‑cycle luxury villa or high‑end residential projects, preferably in tourist regions.
• Strong knowledge of Dominican Republic building codes and construction practices.
• Fluent English for communication with international management.

Required skills

• Proficiency with construction management software (Procore is a plus).
