About the role
This position is focused on providing excellent customer service in a perfume retail environment. The successful candidate will interact directly with clients, helping them find products that meet their needs while maintaining a friendly and professional atmosphere.
Key responsibilities
- Greet and assist customers throughout their shopping experience.
- Provide product information and recommendations for perfumes and related items.
- Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and returns in a courteous manner.
- Maintain the presentation and cleanliness of the sales floor.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve sales targets and ensure smooth store operations.
Required profile
- Female, aged between 35 and 45 years.
- Agile, proactive, and willing to take initiative.
- Strong communication skills and a positive attitude toward customers.
- Ability to work effectively in a team.
- Capable of performing well under pressure.
- Preferably residing in Santo Domingo Este.
- Available to work standard office hours.
