About the role
This position involves collecting medical samples and delivering test results to various health centers. The agent ensures timely, accurate service while maintaining high standards of customer interaction.
Key responsibilities
- Collect medical samples and deliver results according to an assigned route.
- Provide excellent customer service to health‑center staff and patients.
- Complete all scheduled visits within the workday.
- Maintain accurate records of deliveries and pickups.
Required profile
- High school diploma (Bachiller).
- Basic knowledge of customer service principles.
- General understanding of messenger and delivery operations.
- Strong sense of responsibility and punctuality.
- Own motor vehicle is mandatory.
