About the role

We are seeking a Senior Visual Designer to join a creative team that produces high‑quality digital experiences and marketing assets for a leading global brand in travel and hospitality. The role focuses on delivering polished, modern visual work across social media, email, web, and digital campaign channels while upholding a consistent brand aesthetic.

Key responsibilities

• Create visual concepts and digital assets for social media, email, web, and other marketing touchpoints.
• Translate creative direction and brand strategy into production‑ready designs.
• Develop layouts, typography, imagery, and composition that follow strong visual hierarchy principles.
• Maintain visual consistency across multiple platforms and adhere to established brand guidelines.
• Take projects from initial concept through final execution, adapting assets for various formats and channels.
• Collaborate closely with creative, marketing, content, and cross‑functional teams.
• Present design concepts and articulate the rationale behind visual decisions.
• Incorporate stakeholder feedback while preserving design quality.

Required profile

• Proven experience as a visual or graphic designer, preferably in a marketing or agency environment.
• Strong visual craftsmanship with an eye for detail, composition, and typography.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously.
• Excellent communication skills for presenting ideas and receiving feedback.
