Senior Tax Analyst – Regional Tax Advisor

About the role

The Senior Tax Analyst will support the SOL Group tax function across multiple jurisdictions, ensuring compliance and providing strategic tax insights.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare and review local income tax returns and indirect taxes for corporations in various jurisdictions.
• Calculate and document quarterly and annual tax provisions, analyzing tax accounts and reserves.
• Research complex tax issues, interpret laws and regulations, and apply them to transactions.
• Assist with tax audits by gathering documentation, responding to inquiries, and resolving issues.
• Manage tax registrations, filings, and ensure overall compliance with tax laws.
• Analyze tax impact of business decisions and identify opportunities for tax savings.

Required profile

• Professional accounting qualification (CGA, ACCA, CPA, CA) with a bachelor’s degree or higher.
• Minimum 4 years of tax or accounting experience, preferably with Latin American/Caribbean matters.
• Strong command of written and oral English and Spanish; French or Dutch is a plus.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet filing deadlines.
