Senior Property Claims Advocate

About the role

The Senior Property Claims Advocate joins Marsh’s Claims Solutions Advocacy team in Santo Domingo. You will act as the primary liaison between clients, insurance carriers, and internal partners, providing guidance and advocacy throughout the entire claims lifecycle.

Key responsibilities

• Analyze loss situations, develop strategic action plans, and drive claim resolutions for commercial lines.
• Collaborate with multiple insurance representatives and clients to manage medium‑to‑complex claims independently.
• Conduct detailed policy analysis and interpretation to support client advocacy.
• Support office goals related to new business acquisition and client stewardship.
• Maintain compliance, create efficiencies, and add value to client relationships.

Required profile

• Proven experience in commercial insurance claims handling, preferably with property lines.
• Strong communication and negotiation abilities.
• Ability to work autonomously with minimal supervision.
• Customer‑focused mindset with a commitment to advocacy.
