Senior Lean Coach

About the role

The Senior Lean Coach will provide Lean expertise and guidance to drive sustainable value‑stream transformation across multiple workcells. This role partners closely with Plant Lean Six Sigma Managers to embed a Lean culture, support cross‑functional collaboration, and mentor operators and leaders.

Key responsibilities

• Coach and support value‑stream transformation initiatives, guiding teams on Lean principles, tools and methodologies.
• Mentor Lean Coaches, process owners and workcell leaders, fostering best‑practice sharing and continuous improvement.
• Lead and facilitate Bronze/Silver Lean certification projects and Kaizen events.
• Collect feedback from workcells, propose improvements, and help improve the Lean Index Assessment score.

Required profile

• Excellent leadership and communication skills with a proven track record of continuous personal improvement.
• Ability to write routine reports, deliver presentations, and interpret safety and procedural documents.
• Commitment to safety, health, security and ethics policies.

Required skills

• Lean Six Sigma methodology knowledge and Green Belt certification.
• Advanced PC skills and familiarity with Jabil’s software packages.
• Expertise in Lean tools and statistical problem‑solving analysis.
