Senior Graphic Designer

About the role

Noval Properties, a real estate development and construction company based in the Dominican Republic, is hiring a full-time, on-site Senior Graphic Designer in Santo Domingo. The designer develops and executes visual concepts for branding, marketing campaigns, property launches and corporate communications across digital and print channels.

Key responsibilities

• Create graphics and layouts, refine logos and brand assets, select and apply typography, and ensure consistency with brand guidelines.
• Collaborate with marketing, sales and development teams to turn project vision into brochures, social media content, presentations, signage and advertising.
• Oversee design quality, manage multiple projects and deadlines, and give feedback or guidance to junior designers or external vendors.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.
• Strong attention to detail, ability to handle several projects and meet tight deadlines, and effective communication with cross-functional teams.

Required skills

• Graphics and graphic design portfolio covering digital and print media.
• Logo design and branding, including building cohesive brand identities.
• Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator and InDesign, and familiarity with layout and composition best practices.
