Senior Full Stack Engineer – Creator Success

About the role

We are looking for a Senior Full Stack Engineer to join our Creator Success team. In this role you will combine deep product knowledge with user‑experience research to shape the design of our solutions and ensure they meet real user needs.

Key responsibilities

• Develop a thorough understanding of the assigned product area’s technology and features.
• Conduct research to provide human and business impact insights for product decisions.
• Produce deliverables such as competitive analyses, user flows, low‑fidelity wireframes, high‑fidelity mockups, prototypes, and other UX artifacts.
• Communicate findings and design concepts clearly to the design team, cross‑functional partners, and other stakeholders.

Required profile

• Portfolio showcasing polished end‑to‑end customer journeys.
• 5+ years of experience in interactive or visual design.
• Strong awareness of trends in mobile, communications, and collaboration tools.
• Proven ability to scope, estimate, and prioritize work independently.
• Track record of influencing shipped products.
• Bachelor’s degree in Design or equivalent professional experience.

Required skills

• Proficiency with design tools: Figma, Photoshop, Illustrator, Sketch.
