Senior Full Stack Engineer, Creator Success

About the role

We are looking for a senior professional to drive the Creator Success product area. You will combine deep product knowledge with user‑experience expertise to shape tools that empower creators.

Key responsibilities

• Master the technology and features of the assigned product area.
• Conduct research to deliver human and business impact insights.
• Produce deliverables such as competitive analyses, user flows, low‑fidelity wireframes, high‑fidelity mockups, and interactive prototypes that solve real user problems.
• Communicate UX findings clearly to design teams, cross‑functional partners, and other stakeholders.

Required profile

• Portfolio showing polished end‑to‑end customer journeys.
• 5+ years of experience in interactive or visual design.
• Strong interpersonal skills and awareness of mobile, communications, and collaboration trends.
• Proven ability to scope, estimate, and prioritize work independently.
• Track record of influencing shipped products.
• Bachelor’s degree in Design or equivalent professional experience.
