Senior Full Stack Engineer – Creator Success

About the role

We are looking for a Senior Full Stack Engineer to join our Creator Success team. In this role you will combine deep product knowledge with user‑experience expertise to shape tools that empower creators worldwide.

Key responsibilities

• Develop an in‑depth understanding of the technology and features of the assigned product area.
• Conduct research to provide human and business impact insights for product decisions.
• Create deliverables such as competitive analyses, user flows, low‑fidelity wireframes, high‑fidelity mockups, prototypes, and other artifacts that solve real user problems.
• Communicate the results of UX activities clearly to design teams, cross‑functional partners, and other interested Superformula members.

Required profile

• A portfolio demonstrating well‑thought‑through, polished end‑to‑end customer journeys.
• 5+ years of industry experience in interactive or visual design.
• Excellent interpersonal skills and awareness of trends in mobile, communications, and collaboration.
• Ability to scope, estimate, and prioritize tasks independently.
• Proven history of impacting shipped products.
• Bachelor’s degree in Design or related field, or equivalent professional experience.

Required skills

• Proficiency with design tools such as Figma, Photoshop, Illustrator, and Sketch.
