Senior Full Stack Engineer – Creator Success (Full‑Time)

About the role

We are looking for a Senior Full Stack Engineer to join our Creator Success team. You will work closely with product, design and engineering partners to shape the experience of our creator‑focused tools.

Key responsibilities

• Develop deep product knowledge of the assigned area and its technology.
• Conduct research to deliver human and business impact insights for product decisions.
• Create deliverables such as competitive analyses, user flows, low‑fidelity wireframes, high‑fidelity mockups, prototypes, and other UX artifacts that solve real user problems.
• Communicate UX findings clearly to the design team, cross‑functional partners and other Superformula members.

Required profile

• A portfolio that showcases polished end‑to‑end customer journeys.
• 5+ years of experience in interactive or visual design.
• Excellent interpersonal skills and awareness of mobile, communications and collaboration trends.
• Ability to scope, estimate and prioritize work independently.
• Proven track record of shipping products that impact users.
• Bachelor’s degree in Design or equivalent professional experience.

• Proficiency with Photoshop.
• Proficiency with Illustrator.
• Proficiency with Sketch.
