Senior Full Stack Engineer – Creator Success (Full Time)

About the role

We are looking for a senior professional to lead the creator‑success product area, combining deep product knowledge with strong UX design expertise. You will translate business insights into intuitive user experiences that drive adoption and satisfaction.

Key responsibilities

• Develop comprehensive understanding of assigned product technology and features.
• Conduct research to deliver human and business impact insights.
• Produce deliverables such as competitive analyses, user flows, wireframes, high‑fidelity mockups, and interactive prototypes.
• Communicate UX findings clearly to design teams, cross‑functional partners, and other stakeholders.

Required profile

• Portfolio showcasing polished end‑to‑end customer journeys.
• 5+ years of experience in interactive or visual design.
• Strong interpersonal skills and awareness of mobile, communication, and collaboration trends.
• Proven ability to scope, estimate, and prioritize work independently.
• Track record of influencing shipped products.
• Bachelor’s degree in Design or related field, or equivalent experience.
