Senior Demand Planner

About the role

Eaton's Supply Chain Center of Excellence in Santo Domingo is looking for a Senior Demand Planner for the Electrical Sector Americas. The role develops, manages and continuously improves the demand plan for assigned product lines, businesses and geographies, acting as the main link between the business and the CoE. It reports directly to the Lead Demand Planner, with a functional line to the Business Demand Planning Leader.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and maintain accurate demand forecasts for assigned product lines, businesses and geographies over a 3-24 month horizon.
• Partner with Sales, Product Line Management, Finance, Supply Planning and Operations to build consensus demand plans aligned with business objectives.
• Analyse historical trends, market dynamics, product launches and commercial activity to spot demand risks and opportunities.
• Lead and support Demand Review and SIOP processes, presenting forecasts, assumptions, key drivers and recommended actions.
• Monitor and improve KPIs such as forecast accuracy, bias and stability, and perform scenario planning.
• Ensure forecasts and planning decisions are documented and communicated, and work with Supply Planning to turn demand signals into supply and inventory plans.
• Support CoE standardization, governance and continuous improvement initiatives.

Required profile

• Professional degree in Engineering, Business Administration or International Business.
• 3+ years in similar roles.
• Fluent English.
