Senior Credit Card Specialist

About the role

Integer is seeking a Senior Credit Card Specialist to manage and audit its corporate credit card and travel‑and‑expense programs. The role supports associates, ensures policy compliance, and collaborates with finance and HR teams.

Key responsibilities

• Perform audits and reviews of Travel & Expense (T&E) and Purchasing Card (P‑Card) transactions, flagging potential fraud and policy breaches.
• Administer the corporate credit card program, including issuing cards, adjusting limits, and providing support to cardholders.
• Process, reconcile, and monitor credit card activity in Concur, handling aged expenses, late fees, and exceptions.
• Coordinate with Accounts Payable, Accounting, Finance, HR, IT, Controllers, and site teams to ensure accurate reporting and timely card cancellation upon termination.

Required profile

• Associate or bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business or a related field (preferred).
• 3+ years of experience administering or auditing T&E and P‑Card programs.
• Hands‑on experience with Concur Expense.
• Experience working with Oracle or SAP ERP systems.
• Strong understanding of expense policies, internal controls, and month‑end close reconciliations.

Required skills

• Fluency in English and Spanish.
• Experience in a corporate or shared‑services environment.
• Familiarity with SOX controls and audit support.
