Senior Claims Advocate – Hybrid

About the role

The Senior Claims Advocate joins Marsh's Claims Solutions Advocacy team in Santo Domingo to provide expert guidance and advocacy for commercial property and casualty claims. Working in a hybrid setting, you will partner with insurers, clients, and internal stakeholders to ensure claims are managed efficiently and outcomes are optimized.

Key responsibilities

• Analyze loss situations and develop strategic action plans for medium‑to‑complex claims.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, delivering clear communication and support throughout the claim lifecycle.
• Collaborate with multiple insurance carriers to negotiate settlements and resolve claim issues.
• Conduct detailed policy analysis and interpretation to protect client interests.
• Support office goals related to new business acquisition and client stewardship.

Required profile

• Proven experience managing commercial lines claims with minimal supervision.
• Strong understanding of property and casualty insurance policies.
• Excellent negotiation and client‑service skills.
• Ability to work independently and proactively in a hybrid environment.
